Rules & Regulations

i. Students attending either online or offline mode must maintain their attendance as per the institute’s guidelines.

ii. In case of a medical or family emergency, a student can switch to the other mode by submitting the necessary documents and an application at least 2 days before the class schedule. (not applicable for Spoken English Student)

iii. If a student is discontinued for a number of days or 6 months, they must submit a leave application to the management. If a leave application is not submitted, then the respective student will require to pay 50% of the total course fees if they want to rejoin the said course. If the leave increases more than 6 months then the particular student needs to pay the full course fees.**

iv. Installments should be paid regularly, as per the schedule mentioned, in the installment receipt. Falling which 100/- will be charged per day after the mentioned scheduled date.

v. Regularity and discipline must be maintained by every student in the institute campus, as well as during classes, either online or offline

vi. If a student remains absent in the class, they must submit a formal application to the Management & Mentor with proper reasons before 1 day.

vii. All assignments and projects must be submitted by the deadline set by the instructor. Late submissions without prior approval will result in penalties, such as reduced marks or rejection of the work.

viii. Students are expected to be respectful to peers and instructors. Disruptive behavior, including the use of mobile phones for non-educational purposes during class, will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.

ix. Any misuse of Offtrack Education’s resources, such as computers, internet access, or study materials, for personal or non-educational purposes, is strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension from classes.

x. Students must adhere to the institute’s code of conduct at all times. Any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination will result in immediate suspension or expulsion from the course.

xi. Under any circumstances fees are not refundable.

xii. In case of any dispute court at Barasat North 24 Parganas will have exclusive Jurisdiction.

**this rule is not applicable for the course fees below 2000/- in this case a student requires to pay the full course fees.
